Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid

Rating 8.5/10

First of all, I love this author! Her writing is so unique and leaves you with a fully orchestrated story from start to finish. Daisy Jones and the Six is written as an interview which makes the character development IMPECCABLE! This novel is set back in the late sixties with a group of individuals who become rock n’ roll stars, but of course, sex, drugs, heartbreak and love shadow over it all. I cried, I felt, I loved, it was SO good and a must read!

Verity by Colleen Hoover

Rating: 8/10

This book was WILD! It’s suspenseful, eerie, clever and sweet all at the same time. This book was a wildcard from Hoover’s typical catalog which made me love it even more. I was drawn in and hooked from the first few pages and by the end was left with my jaw to the floor and chills throughout my body. This is a MUST read if you love romance and thrillers.

Love & Other Words by Christina Lauren

Rating: 9/10

The cutest, most wholesome love story between childhood sweethearts! I finished this book in a day because I HAD to know if Macy and Elliot, despite everything that gets in their way, end up together. This novel is told in alternating timelines and the character development is phenomenal. It’s a feel good novel that will leave you rooting for these two love birds!

All Rhodes Lead Here by Mariana Zapata

Rating 10/10

At first this book took me a minute to get into, but after the first few chapters I was ALL in! This book screams small town, mountains, outdoor, slow burn and SPICY! This book is about a woman, Aurora, who is looking to start fresh after being dumped by a sore loser and ends up in her hometown staying in a garage apartment with a landlord, Tobias Rhode, a stubborn, grumpy, hard working father to a teenage boy and also SEXY beyond belief. This slow burn romance had me in my feels the ENTIRE time and will leave you in awe of their perfectly complicated love story.
